Neil Dunning, CEO and Owner, The ZipYard
Neil Dunning is CEO and owner of The ZipYard, the Ireland and UK clothing alterations, repairs and restyling network, with more than 50 locations across the two markets.
Neil has been involved with The ZipYard for eight years, becoming owner of the UK business six years ago and, for the past two years, CEO and owner of the entire brand across Ireland and the UK.
He brings 30 years’ experience in senior general management and operational leadership roles across a diverse range of business sectors.
Under Neil’s leadership, The ZipYard has become a strong advocate for repair, reuse and clothing longevity within the circular economy, while maintaining a clear focus on exceptional customer service. The business repairs, alters and restyles in excess of 400,000 garments every year, extending the life of clothing, reducing unnecessary replacement and waste, and demonstrating how circular economy principles can be delivered at scale through an established high-street business.
